Rachell Chauvin has extensive experience in real estate and property management, currently serving as an Owner Relations specialist at Emerald Grande since January 2014, where proactive communication with property owners regarding rental program status and maintenance issues is key. Previously, Rachell managed brokerage operations as the Wyndham Asset Affiliation Program Manager, facilitating over $50 million in annual sales. During a tenure at Legendary Realty, LLC from June 2007 to May 2023, Rachell excelled as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate with over 30 transactions closed in one year, and also held the role of Sales and Office Manager, contributing to over $20 million in real estate transactions. Rachell began a career in data management at TYBRIN Corporation, focusing on metrics analysis and document editing. Rachell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Studies from Florida State University.
