Leyda Mallory has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Senior Property Manager for Emerald Grande Condominium Association since September 2008, overseeing multiple condominiums, homeowner associations, and a multi-use property. Previously, Leyda held the position of Director of Homeowner Association Services at ResortQuest from 2000 to 2009, managing a team of 13 CAM managers and supervising 34 associations along with the HOA accounting department. Earlier experience includes serving as a Portfolio Association Manager at GrandShores Management Group from 1990 to 1998, where Leyda managed various association properties from single-family residences to high-rise buildings. Leyda holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a high school diploma in the same field from Fort Myers Sr. High School.
