Stephanie Norment, PHR, currently serves as the President of the Greater Pensacola Society of Human Resource Management and has been an HR Manager at the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority since September 2014. Previously, Stephanie held various HR roles at PCF - Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, including Regional Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR systems for contact centers and distribution centers while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Stephanie's earlier experience includes consulting for the Washington State Department of Transportation and working as a Real Estate Agent at Century 21. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from The Evergreen State College.
