Thomas Bathe has over 30 years of work experience. Thomas began their career in 1981 as a Sales Executive at Fort Howard Paper, where they grew a territory from 4 million a year to 7.5 million in less than four years. Thomas achieved new salesman of the year and salesman of the year in their short time with the company as well as other honors. In 1985, they became an Account Executive at Spiro Wallach. In 1997, they moved to Unisource Worldwide, Inc. as an Account Executive. In 2008, they joined IFMA as a Member. Since 2005, they have been the Vice President Sales at Emerald Brand.

Thomas Bathe attended Cardinal Hayes High School from 1970 to 1974, and then went on to Iona University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from 1974 to 1978.
