Tanir Badishi-Shalev has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Human Resources Specialist and Office Manager at Emendo Biotherapeutics since November 2021 and June 2022, respectively. Prior to this, Tanir worked at Laufer Aviation GHI- VIP Services as a Human Resources Specialist from April 2021 to September 2021 and as a Recruitment Coordinator from August 2018 to August 2021. In these roles, they were responsible for reviewing and screening CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and maintaining hiring process status. Tanir's earliest work experience was as a Teacher at The Israeli Ministry of Education from August 2013 to August 2017. In this role, they were a homeroom teacher for the 3rd and 4th grade, specializing in literature and linguistics. They were also in charge of the school's cultural schedule for two years.

From 2010 to 2018, Tanir Badishi-Shalev attended Achva Academic College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Education degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
