Vaibhav Maheshwari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of pharmaceutical and biomedical research. Currently serving as an Associate Director at EMD Serono, Inc. since November 2023 and a Principal Scientist at Takeda since March 2020, Vaibhav has also held the role of Senior Research Scientist and leads quantitative safety pharmacology modeling efforts. Prior experience includes senior roles at Renal Research Institute, where significant contributions were made towards mathematical modeling for hemodialysis, and research fellowships at Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School and National University of Singapore, focusing on experimental design and data analysis in biomedical systems. Vaibhav began a career as an Associate System Engineer at IBM India after earning a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
