Tohme HAKIM is an experienced e-Payment Applications Specialist currently at eMcREY, with a tenure starting in March 2013. Tohme has led major projects, including the upgrade of IST Switch and Cortex for Gulf International Bank, and has successfully executed various EFT projects in the region, focusing on EFT switch implementations and the development of specialized applications. Prior to this role, Tohme worked as a Multimedia Engineer at Beiruting from September 2011 to February 2013, where responsibilities included social media integration, Facebook API development, and backend programming in PHP and WordPress. Tohme also has experience as a Script Programmer at ERC in 2010, creating interactive Flash applications. Tohme holds a Master’s degree in Multimedia Engineering and Networking from Antonine University, earned between 2006 and 2011.
