Ryan Cassada is an experienced professional currently serving as a Leadership Development Facilitator in the U.S. Navy Reserve since June 2023, focusing on character-driven learning for Sailors. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions in the electrical services industry, including Service Manager at EMCOR Services Shambaugh since October 2022, Electrical Project Manager at Shambaugh & Son LP from December 2019 to October 2022, and Superintendent at True Technical Solutions from November 2018 to December 2019. Ryan began the career as a Journeyman Electrician at Barth Electric Company, Inc. from December 2009 to November 2018. Ryan holds an Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from Ivy Tech Community College, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
