Roy Percy is a Senior Authorising Engineer at EMCOR Facilities Services. Prior to that, Roy worked as a Facilities Watch Officer at MOD UK and as a Building Services Supervisor at General Accident Insurance Company. Roy attended Ashington Technical College from 1977 to 1981.
