Barbara Sorrentino is an experienced Projektingenieurin with a strong background in civil engineering, currently working at Emch+Berger Gruppe since April 2022. As a Wissenschaftliche Assistentin at Hochschule Luzern - Technik und Architektur since September 2019, Sorrentino contributes to research and developmental projects, consulting services, and teaching, focusing on the Institute for Civil Engineering and the Center of Competence for Building Envelopes and Engineering Structures. With previous experience as a Bauleiter at HRS Real Estate AG, Sorrentino managed construction logistics and oversaw various stages of building works. An academic foundation includes a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
