As the Vice Chair of the British Marine Board and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Howard contributes to the advancement of maritime and arbitration standards. Previous roles include CEO of the Port of Jersey, where Howard developed key initiatives like the Jersey Coastguard, and Harbour Master in Jersey, overseeing various maritime responsibilities. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a Class 1 Master Mariner certification, complemented by memberships in various professional organizations.
