Dr Geetu Bharwaney FMCIPD is a seasoned expert in emotional intelligence and coaching, currently serving as the Lead for Team Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Resilience Awareness Survey Accreditations at EI World, a position held since 1999, where accreditation is delivered alongside co-creators Professor Vanessa Druskat and Dr Steven B. Wolff. Dr Bharwaney also holds the role of International Assessor for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, focusing on the International Standards for Mentoring and Coaching Practice. As a Practitioner Member of the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations, Dr Bharwaney contributes to advancing research and best practices in emotional and social intelligence. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Science honoris causa from Aston University and an MSc in Psychology of Health from City, University of London, along with qualifications in Human Resource Management and International Business.
