Clare Smale is an accomplished professional in coaching and education with extensive experience spanning over two decades. As the Global Coach Award 2023 recipient at EMCC Global, Clare also serves as the Owner and Director of inspired2learn, focusing on ILM coaching qualifications and cultivating coaching cultures within organizations. Clare's background includes being a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, and holding various roles such as Coachmark Regional Coordinator, project manager for the Beat the Street initiative, and Regional Judge for the National Teaching Awards.
