Roxanne Ranson-Spaulding currently serves as the Executive Leader and Regional Nursing Services Director at InnovAge since April 2024, and holds the position of Executive Director of IHA Prospective Assessments at Emcara Health since June 2022. Previously, Roxanne worked as an Advanced Practice Clinician/Nurse Practitioner from March 2021 to June 2022 and spent over a decade at UnitedHealth Group from November 2008 to March 2021, where roles included Director of Clinical Operations and Senior Clinical Services Manager. Roxanne earned a Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and a Master's in Nursing Science from Sage College in Troy, NY, between 2005 and 2008.
