Matthew Hale has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew currently works as a Sales Executive at Emburse, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Best Buy for 12 years, starting as a Sales Associate in July 2010 and progressing through various roles such as Sales Specialist, Sales Supervisor, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and finally General Manager. Matthew'stenure at Best Buy ended in April 2022. Matthew also worked as a Sales Representative at Aflac from April 2010 to February 2011. Matthew gained marketing experience as a Marketing Manager at Woodstock's Pizza from June 2007 to May 2009. Matthew's earliest work experience was as a Driver at San Diego Jump Co. from June 2005 to September 2007. Matthew started their career as a Sales Associate at Macy's in May 2004, where they remained until October 2004.

Matthew Hale earned their Bachelor's degree in African-American/Black Studies from UC Santa Barbara, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. During the same period, they also pursued a minor in Exercise and Sports Science - Coaching at UC Santa Barbara.
