Ygor N. has extensive experience in quality management, primarily at Embraer, where responsibilities include serving as Director of Quality for Embraer Defense Aviation and managing supplier quality for a global network of over 1,000 suppliers. Expertise encompasses continuous improvement of supplier quality, implementation of quality frameworks, and leading a multidisciplinary team. Previous roles include Lead Quality Engineer, Project Manager in various capacities, and internships at White Martins, Target Solutions - Brasil, Wacker Chemie, and an educational stint at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Ygor holds an MBA from FIA Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
