Roger Ciofi is an experienced professional in business development and contract management within the aviation and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Aftermarket Business Development specialist at Embraer since February 2024, Roger has previously held senior roles at Satcom Direct, where responsibilities included managing commercial development and lifecycle contract processes for OEMs. Prior to that, significant contributions were made as Head of Strategy & Business Development at Elite Jets, and during a lengthy tenure at Embraer, roles spanned from leading business development in North America to managing strategic account programs. Educational qualifications include an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, and certifications in commercial contract management and project management.
