From 2022 to 2022, they held a role as a Conversational UX Designer at Miko.
From 2020 to 2022, they returned to Embodied, Inc. as a Content/Conversation Designer, where they helped release and nurture the Moxie robot. Emily also created game design documents and fully implemented activities for the robot.
In 2019, they worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment as an Associate Producer and Production Coordinator for Alexa Games. Emily pitched design ideas, participated in discussions and playtests, and created design documents for games that utilize virtual pets through Alexa. Emily also took over the development of the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and American Girl games.

In 2016, they worked as an Associate Game Designer at the University of Southern California, where they helped run an alternate reality game and assisted with the card building mechanic overhaul.
Emily Krisky attended the University of Southern California from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Film and Television Production and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Interactive Entertainment. Additionally, in December 2022, they obtained certifications as a Certified AI Trainer, Certified Conversation Designer, and Certified Conversational Copywriter from the Conversational Academy.
