Luciano Galiaz is an experienced professional currently serving as Coordinador de Calidad y Procesos at emBlue since February 2021, where responsibilities include developing, implementing, and supervising quality management and processes. Previous roles at emBlue include Functional Analyst and Functional Analyst Ssr, focusing on creating executive reports and management dashboards. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Support Executive and providing technical support to clients across LATAM and the USA. Luciano held the position of Customer Service Advisor at CAT Technologies Argentina for the Banco Santander campaign and worked as a Data Entry Machine Operator for the Dirección Nacional Electoral during the 2019 elections. Luciano is pursuing a Técnico Universitario en Inteligencia Artificial at the Universidad Nacional de Hurlingham and has previously earned a Técnico Universitario en Programación from the same institution, along with studying Engineering in Computer Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires.
