Sviatlana Siankevich has been working in the field of technology since 2008. Sviatlana started as a Researcher at the University of Patras in 2008, then moved to the International Sakharov Environmental University in 2007. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist and Doctoral Assistant at the EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), where they developed novel homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic systems for sustainable production of commodity chemicals from lignocellulosic biomass, designed and synthesized several novel “green” task specific solvents, and assisted in teaching of chemistry courses and supervised master level students. Since 2016, they have been the CTO at Embion Technologies.
Sviatlana Siankevich has a diverse educational background. From 2002 to 2007, they studied Environmental Science at the International Sakharov Environmental University.
