James Sukhan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. James is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Ember, a company they helped establish in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Podium, where they held the positions of Vice President of Strategic Sales from January 2020 to February 2021, and Vice President of Professional Services from March 2019 to December 2019.

Before their time at Podium, James worked as the Vice President of Sales at Canopy, Inc. from January 2018 to March 2019. James played a significant role in developing tax software products that streamlined workflows and increased efficiency for clients.

From May 2017 to December 2017, James served as the Vice President of Sales at Podium.com, where they helped businesses drive authentic customer reviews through their platform. During their tenure, Podium customers saw significant revenue increases as a result of improved online reputations.

Prior to these roles, James was associated with Qualtrics, where they held various positions from January 2011 to March 2017. James started as a Corporate Account Manager and then progressed to roles such as Team Lead Corporate Sales, Senior Team Lead Corporate Sales, and finally, Regional Vice President of Sales. Qualtrics is a leading provider of enterprise data collection and analysis products. James contributed to the company's growth by providing clients with innovative research solutions.

Before their corporate career, James worked as a School Ambassador at Brigham Young University from August 2009 to April 2010.

Earlier in their career, James served as a Teacher/Evaluator at the Missionary Training Center from January 2007 to May 2008. James played a crucial role in helping volunteers effectively prepare for service by teaching workshops on goal setting, communication, and working with people.

James also served as a Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from June 2004 to June 2006, where they dedicated their time to religious service and community outreach.

James Sukhan earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University from 2007 to 2011.
