Ryan Yardis is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure, security, and integration. Currently serving as VP of IT Infrastructure and Security at embecta since April 2022, Ryan led the establishment of a new IT Security and Infrastructure organization following the company's spin-off from Becton Dickinson. Prior experience includes roles at BD, where Ryan held multiple positions, including Sr. Director of IT Site Solutions & Services, driving successful IT integrations and transformations, notably with CR Bard and CareFusion. Ryan’s earlier career involved consulting roles at AimNet Solutions and Accucom, alongside engineering positions with the City of Stamford. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Maryland and a Master of Arts in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership from Penn State University.
