Nilda Cruz has over 15 years of experience in customer service, having held various roles in multiple organizations. Currently a Customer Service Agent at Embark MGA since May 2022, Nilda previously worked as a Customer Care Specialist at Health Plan Services from September 2014 to May 2022, and as a Service Operations Specialist at Coventry Health Care from March 2010 to August 2014. Nilda's earlier experience includes positions as a Pre Authorization Representative at TechHealth (January 2008 - January 2010) and as a Data Entry Specialist II at Thompson Publishing Group (September 1996 - December 2007). Nilda holds an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from HCC Community College, a Dental Assistant diploma from Concorde Career Institute-Tampa, and has further education from Saint Leo University.
