Silvana Tagand serves as the Regional Vice President for APJ at Emarsys since December 2023. Previously, Silvana held the position of Regional Vice President for Australia at Salesforce from September 2017 to February 2023, following roles as Director of Commercial Sales. Silvana's career also includes significant tenure at Southern Cross Austereo, where roles included Head of Sales for Australia, Group Sales Manager, and Senior Account Executive. Earlier experience includes working as an Account Manager at Bauer Media London and Austereo. Silvana is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at AGSM @ UNSW Business School and has completed various degrees including the Foundation of Directorship and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing. Silvana holds the GAICD designation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
