Shilpa P. has extensive experience in the BFSI and Fintech sectors, currently serving as Client Partner at EMA Partners since July 2021, after holding positions as Client Director and Associate Director. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Native from February 2016 to June 2021, where Shilpa held various roles, including Principal, Associate Principal, Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Analyst in Asset Management, Alternatives, and Insurance, as well as Wholesale Banking. Shilpa's career began in clinical practice within the Hospital and Healthcare sector from July 2008 to May 2014. Shilpa holds an MBA from Mumbai University (2014-2016) and has a Bachelor’s degree from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (2002-2008), following HSC education at DG Ruparel College of Arts, Science and Commerce (2000-2002).
