Rohtash Mal possesses over four decades of extensive leadership experience across diverse industries. As Chairman of EM3 Agriservices Pvt. Ltd. since 2012, Rohtash Mal has significantly impacted the agritech sector. Prior to this, leadership roles included Executive Director and CEO at Escorts Ltd. where Rohtash Mal successfully executed a company turnaround, and CEO at Bharti Airtel Limited, focusing on establishing and managing telecom networks. Rohtash Mal also held the position of Chief General Manager at Maruti Suzuki Ltd., overseeing the sales marketing of passenger cars, and was Senior Vice President at Ballarpur Industries Limited, managing operations in a large process industry. Educational credentials include an MBA with a focus on marketing and finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
