Vadim joined Elysium as an analyst in 2018. He is actively engaged in portfolio coverage and helps with screening for new investment opportunities.

Prior to that, he worked at a top-tier investment fund and bank in Russia, focusing on financial and commercial due diligence. Vadim holds a master’s degree in International Business and Disruptive Innovation from Hult International Business School.
