Tobias Glemming is currently engaged in Kundeprosjekter at Elvia since September 2023 and serves as a board member and Senior Advisor at Compel AS. From February 2020 to February 2023, Tobias held multiple roles at Soil Steam International AS, including Head of Business Development & Marketing, COO, and Product Manager. At Kleros, Tobias worked as a Business Developer and Ambassador from March 2018 to January 2023, focusing on blockchain dispute resolution. Prior experience includes consulting at INNOWIN AS, elite handball playing with Runar HÃ¥ndballklubb and Drammen HÃ¥ndballklubb, and serving as an assistant and tutor at Hedrum Ungdomsskole. Tobias holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NMBU, alongside various earlier educational accomplishments.
