Heikki Matikainen is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Business IT Manager at Eltel since August 2019, overseeing operative IT applications and leading IT development and digitalization projects. Prior to this role, Matikainen was the Head of Information Technology for the Finnish Government from January 2017 to August 2019. Earlier positions include Manager of IT Infrastructure at Altia Plc, Head of Production at ICT Agency HALTIK, and roles at Veikkaus Oy and Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, contributing extensive expertise in IT infrastructure, data communications, and system management.
