Noha Agaiby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investor relations and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Investor Relations Director and Board Secretary at ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC, Noha has previously held significant roles, including Head of Investor Relations at Global Telecom Holding and Director of Investor Relations at Amer Group. Additionally, Noha has expertise in corporate governance through experience as Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Governance at Nile Sugar and as a Corporate Governance Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Canada. Educationally, Noha holds a Bachelor's degree in French and English language and literature from Ain Shams University - Al Alsun.
