Saadia A. currently serves as the Client Relationship Manager at Elphinstone, beginning in August 2024. Previously, Saadia held the role of Head of Customer Experience at Trikl, where initiatives significantly enhanced customer satisfaction through Voice of Customer insights. Prior experience includes a Marketing and Sales Executive position at Orbit-Ed, where responsibilities involved project management, business growth strategies, and social media engagement. Saadia also has experience as an Instructional Designer, creating educational content for K-12 curricula and previously worked as a Concept Artist, developing visual representations for various educational materials. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) and a high school diploma in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Fazaia Inter College.
