Dimitris Palenis has a diverse work experience. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Engineering Assistant at ALMEK K. Michou & Co. In 2016, they briefly served as an Operator of pharmaceutical production machines at Elpen Pharmaceutical Co. Inc. From 2017 to 2017, Dimitris worked as a Presidential Guard (Evzone) in the Hellenic Army. Later in 2017, they became a Production Engineer at FOTOLIO S.A. Print & Visual Communication Integrated Services. From 2018 to 2020, Dimitris worked as a Sales Engineer at HELLAS PUMP TECHNIC, where they were responsible for expanding the customer list, providing after-sales service, and offering technical support in the field of industrial pumps, blowers, and compressors. Finally, in 2020, they joined Elpen Pharmaceutical Co. Inc. again, this time as a Project Engineer.

Dimitris Palenis completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Production Engineer & Management from the Technical University of Crete. Dimitris pursued this program from 2011 to 2017.
