Rebekka Sife is an experienced professional in executive search, recruitment, and human resources within the property and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Director at Elouera Consulting since October 2024, Rebekka specializes in delivering talent management and retention strategies to ensure client satisfaction. Previous roles include Executive Manager at The APP Group, and Executive Manager at Appoint Consulting, where Rebekka led HR advisory efforts in the property, construction, and infrastructure industries across Australia. Rebekka also held positions as National Talent Manager/General Manager HR at APP Corporation Pty Ltd and as Director for the Property and Construction division at Charterhouse Partnership, where senior-level recruitment was a key focus.
