Nikki Sripathi is a dedicated and experienced student at Elon University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Since August 2021, Nikki has held various roles including Lifeguard and member of the Hiring and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committees at Campus Recreation & Wellness, contributing to safety protocols and promoting an inclusive campus environment. As a Peer Educator, Nikki supports incoming Legal Scholars and collaborates with faculty to enhance educational experiences. Currently serving on the Finance Board for the Elon Student Government Association, Nikki manages funds for campus organizations. Previous management experience as Outdoor Pools Manager at Greater Valley YMCA and tutoring at Mathnasium demonstrates strong leadership and teaching abilities. Nikki was also selected to attend the Emerging Leaders Conference as a representative of Sigma Kappa Sorority, emphasizing commitment to diversity and peer leadership.
