Brandon McAlister

Accounting Manager Ar/ap at Elo Touch Solutions

Brandon McAlister has a diverse range of work experience in accounting and finance roles. Brandon started their career in 2005 at Weatherford, where they worked as a Dispatch/Inside Sales representative, coordinating with customers and ensuring accurate inventory management. Brandon later became the Permian Billing Supervisor, implementing improvements to reduce invoicing cycle time. After that, they served as the Regional Accounts Receivable Manager, overseeing cross-functional initiatives and managing a team of invoicing administrators.

In 2015, Brandon joined RWI Construction, Inc. as an Accountant/AR Manager. Brandon led a team responsible for accounts receivable and cash applications, implemented technology enhancements to improve team productivity, and provided financial analysis to senior leadership.

From 2017 to 2022, Brandon worked at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. as an Accounting Manager AP. Brandon was responsible for various accounting functions, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Brandon also played a crucial role in a company spinoff and the subsequent sale of the spinoff company.

In 2022, Brandon joined MODE Transportation as the Director of Accounts Payable. Here, they wrote policies, redesigned process flows, and introduced controls to improve efficiency and compliance. Brandon also implemented a new carrier portal and QuickPay program, which improved accounts receivable collection and generated additional revenue.

Currently, Brandon is working as an Accounting Manager AR/AP at Elo Touch Solutions, where their responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

Throughout their career, Brandon has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to process improvement and cost savings.

Brandon McAlister began their education journey in 2002 at Eastern New Mexico University, where they studied Business Management. Brandon attended the university for a year, completing their studies in 2003. After a gap in their education, McAlister returned to pursue their academic goals in 2015 at Midland College. Here, they focused on Business Administration and Management for a two-year period until 2017. McAlister furthered their education at Liberty University from 2017 to 2023, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree. Their field of study at Liberty University specialized in Accounting and Business/Management.
