Marco Maroni is an experienced HR Manager at Elmec Informatica since September 2008, with additional roles on the Organizational Supervision body under Italian law D.Lgs. 231/01, focusing on compliance monitoring and coordination. Since January 2017, Marco has also been a member of the same oversight body at Trub S.p.A. Prior experience includes a legal internship at Studio Legale Bruno, where Marco engaged in drafting legal opinions and civil documents.
