Ari Strauss is an experienced professional with a diverse background in government affairs and information technology. Currently serving as a Field Services Engineer at Elme Communities since July 2023, Ari has previously held significant roles such as IT Systems Manager at UIP Property Management, Inc. from July 2013 to February 2023, and Senior Advisor to Congressman Tim Holden from October 2012 to January 2013. Ari also served as Vice President at Artemis Strategies, LLC, focusing on government affairs for a variety of clientele from October 2007 to October 2012, and as Legislative Director for the Northeast-Midwest Senate Coalition from October 2005 to September 2007, where region-specific policy agendas were developed. Earlier in Ari's career, a decade was spent as Legislative Director for Congressman Tim Holden from September 1995 to October 2005, culminating in a leadership role advising on transportation and agriculture issues.
