Toma Lenga has extensive work experience in the electronics industry. Toma started their career in 2000 as a Backplane Design Engineer at Elma Trenew Electronic Romania and worked there until 2005. Following that, they moved to Elma Trenew Electronic GmbH where they worked as a Backplane Development Engineer for six years. In 2011, Toma joined Elma Electronic GmbH where they held various roles including Product Manager Standard Backplanes and Team Leader Electronics and Signal Integrity Engineering. Their current role at Elma Electronic GmbH is not specified.

Toma Lenga attended Liceul Mihai Viteazul from 1991 to 1995. Then, from 1995 to 2000, they studied Electronic and Telecommunication at Politechnic University Bucharest.
