Renate Gildea has extensive experience in systems administration and IT support, currently serving as Systems Admin at Beztak/Oakland Management Corp since July 2017, managing SMB and corporate LAN for over 150 properties and 1000 end-users. Previously, Renate worked as a Senior Systems Engineer/Citrix Engineer for Netech Corporation/Presidio and as an IT Support Specialist for Robert Half/CompuCom, supporting VMware VDI environments. Additional roles include Systems Engineer at Coretek Services and Senior IT Support/Network Administrator at Symantec/Altiris, along with various consulting positions. Renate also volunteers with Home FurEver, contributing to dog rescue and adoption efforts. Educational background includes studies at the University of Michigan-Dearborn and Oakland Community College.
