Jairo Umali is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in end-user support and desktop support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Support Technician at Ellucian since January 2020, Jairo is responsible for troubleshooting user computers and peripherals, managing helpdesk calls, and executing administrative tasks in Active Directory.
