Sotirios Vanikiotis is a seasoned IT professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in system administration and project management. Currently serving as a Senior IT System Administrator at ELLKAY since October 2018, Sotirios also holds a position as Part Owner of the Americana Diner. With a career in IT consulting starting in February 2011, Sotirios has previously worked as a Project Manager and Connectivity Specialist at ELLKAY from April 2014 to April 2018. Prior to that, experience in IT support was gained at Atlantic Health as an ISS - PC Support Specialist. Early career roles include working as a waiter at Pompon Queen Diner. Sotirios holds a degree in Computer Networking and Security from Anthem Institute-Parsippany, complemented by foundational education at Indian Hills High School.
