Stephanie Chattillion has over two decades of executive leadership experience in various industries, currently serving as CEO of Ellison Bakery since July 2018. Previously, Stephanie held roles such as President of US Bakery and Chief Global Process Excellence Officer at Dawn Foods Global, managing a $750M P&L, and North American CFO at CSM, overseeing a $2.4B P&L. Early career roles include leading Canadian operations for Newell Rubbermaid, managing P&L responsibilities for Levolor Kirsch Window Fashions, and holding the position of Controller at Airpax Thermal Sensing Products. Stephanie started their professional journey in the U.S. Army and holds a Master's degree in Management from Bowie State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central Texas College.
