Patrick To holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Honours Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Patrick has extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as Director of Insight & Analytics at EllisDon since March 2016, having previously held various roles including Manager and Specialist within the same department. Prior to EllisDon, Patrick worked as a Structural Engineer at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates and held engineering and project coordination positions at RDH Group, Aecon Group Inc., MMM Group, and Metric Contracting Services Corporation.
