David Allen serves as a Senior Attorney and Director of the High-Skilled Immigration Team at Ellis Porter - The Immigration Attorneys since January 2018. Allen specializes in providing immigration solutions related to EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, EB-1B Outstanding Professor/Researcher, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and O-1 Extraordinary Ability categories for clients across various sectors. Prior to this role, Allen held the position of Partner at Immigration Advocates, PLLC, and worked as an Attorney at North America Immigration Law Group, where responsibilities included training attorneys and staff, managing employment-based immigration cases, and advising clients on various visa issues. Allen obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law and a B.A. with High Honors in Political Science from Michigan State University.
