Petros Kyrkilis is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security and risk management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Information Security at Elliptic since October 2021, Petros has successfully implemented security processes, led audits for ISO 27001 and SOC2 type 2, and developed incident response plans. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Chapelle, where Petros defined security standards and managed cyber incidents, and News UK, where Petros designed and implemented security frameworks. Petros began a career in cybersecurity at NCC Group and has held roles at MWR InfoSecurity and WorldRemit. A holder of a Master's degree in Web Intelligence from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Engineering, Petros combines technical expertise with leadership skills to enhance organizational security postures.
