Nikolaus Schnetzer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2020 to present, they worked at Elli - A Brand of the Volkswagen Group as the Head of Home Charging & Energy, where they had P&L responsibility for the Home Charging and Energy unit. Nikolaus was in charge of uni- and bi-directional charging solutions, software, hardware, and services related to home charging and energy management for electric vehicles. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2020, they held multiple roles at BSH Home Appliances Group, including Director Product Marketing Ventilation and Product Manager. Lastly, from 2002 to 2013, they were the Founder and Owner of Dean Bikes Germany, where they imported and exported high-end bikes.
Nikolaus Schnetzer completed their education with a variety of degrees and fields of study. In 2000, they began their studies at Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences and earned a degree in Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur (FH) in 2005. During this time, their focus was on Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. In 2002, Schnetzer took part in an international study program at Universidad de Málaga, specializing in International Marketing. Moving forward, they pursued an MBA degree, first studying at the University of Augsburg from 2008 to 2009, with a concentration in General Management. Following this, they attended the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business in 2009, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Corporate Management.
