Aušra Abraitytė-Gedminė is an Associate at Ellex Legal since June 2016, specializing in public and private M&A with a focus on complex, cross-border transactions, and corporate governance and compliance. Previous roles include Junior Associate, where responsibilities involved assisting in corporate matters, drafting legal documents, and conducting due diligence, as well as a Lawyers' Assistant gaining exposure in Dispute Resolution and Real Estate. Aušra has taken on leadership positions in ELSA, serving as President and Treasurer, managing financial strategy and organizational development, and directing moot court competitions. Experience as a secondee at Vinted and AUGA group provided additional legal expertise in notable funding rounds and sustainable agriculture. Aušra holds a Master's degree in Law from Vilnius University, obtained in 2020.
