Andrejs Gavrilovs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Andrejs started their career at Albarts SIA in 2002 as a Director, where they successfully managed sales and marketing, leading to a significant increase in revenue. Andrejs then moved on to AL GROUP SIA in 2003 and served as a Director, managing an IT holding company and overseeing sales and marketing strategies.
In 2006, Andrejs joined iPro Ukraine as a Sales Director, where they played a key role in establishing the company's presence in the Ukrainian market and developing customer relations. Andrejs later joined SensMax in 2009 and continued to work as part of their team.
Since 2009, Andrejs has been associated with ELKO Group, where they took on various positions, including Sales Director for the Baltic region and, most recently, Sales Office Director for Baltics and Poland. In these roles, they managed sales operations, developed customer relations, and oversaw office budgets.
Throughout their career, Andrejs has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and marketing skills, as well as the ability to achieve significant growth and manage teams effectively.
Andrejs Gavrilovs obtained a BA in Business Administration from ISMA, Informacijas Sistemu Menedžmenta Augstskola, from 2005 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a bachelor's study program in IT at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 1998 to 2004. Andrejs'sbasic education took place at Ilukste from 1986 to 1998.
