Kim McDowell, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Elkhart Products Corporation since July 2022, Kim previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Lippert for a brief period in early 2022. Prior experience includes over two decades as the Human Resource Manager at Manchester Tank and Equipment. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from Indiana University South Bend, earned between 1997 and 2003.
