Lindsey Brander currently serves as the Director of Student Services, Supervisor of Exceptional Learners, and Dean of Behavior Support at Elkhart Community Schools since August 2018, while also contributing as Adjunct Faculty at Indiana University South Bend since August 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Special Education Teacher at Warsaw Community Schools from June 2012 to August 2018. Lindsey Brander's educational background includes a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of St. Francis, a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Illinois Springfield, and advanced qualifications in administration and special education from Indiana State University and Ball State University.
